“Absolutely beautiful apartments with a wonderful team of people! Tanaja has been so helpful throughout my move-in process, and Olivia is always quick to answer my questions and get any issues resolved. The unit had a couple small problems when I first moved in that maintenance had fixed in less than 24 hours. There are numerous amenities at The Griffin, including regular scheduled events like food trucks and art classes hosted by an on-site instructor. Overall, the atmosphere here is bright and refreshing and I can’t recommend it enough!”

“Our move-in experience at The Griffin has been absolutely phenomenal, and I want to personally recognize Tristin, the Community Manager, along with the entire office staff and maintenance team for their outstanding service. From the very beginning, Tristin and the office team made the entire process smooth, organized, and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but they ensured everything was clearly communicated and handled with professionalism and care. Every interaction with the office team has been welcoming, helpful, and efficient. I also want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team. Shortly after move-in, we had a few small items that needed attention, and their response was incredibly fast. They came by promptly, addressed the issues right away, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s clear that the team at The Griffin takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their residents. The level of service we received from both the office staff and maintenance team has exceeded our expectations. “Update to Review: This place has undergone DRAMATIC changes. As a full paying member, it was frustrating to go through such an INTENSE remodel (inside and out) for the last 6 months, but I would like to give a lot of credit to this management staff for making the changes necessary for us to live in a better community. This place has been upgraded in our apartments, exterior painted, new outdoor seating in the pool and courtyard, new paved roads and signage, replenished the landscaping, etc. The only reason I placed it at a 4 is the gates not closing but the property has placed an on-call sheriff on property that has provided us more security and I believe they are working to get the gates repaired. This place is a must see now and you will not regret living here. They do care. Bottom Line upfront: very dark in most places because they haven't done anything with the lighting. Not a safe feeling. The management team has NO idea what is going on with this property because they do not walk it. It's a MESS! This property has been under three property managers in 12 months. I re-uped because I was told the new team was a full team of experienced professionals. Yes American Landmark (new owner as of Sept), has put money into this place, however they put money into what was good for the "online. Photos". Hundred plus thousand dollars went into a new front office that was beautiful before btw. New chairs and umbrellas were placed out by the pool (it's too cold to swim in November. There is trash EVERYWHERE! The property managers have been contacted with replies the "screens are staying put" ** we have been living like this for 2 months. There is no checking up with the contractors. Contractors leave EVERY station a mess every day. Our court yard used to have a beautiful fire pit with Adirondack chairs and it was exchanged for a huge dead plant. Again, no lighting in the courtyard which is what is used to check mail and take out trash. Don't be fooled by what you see upfront, walk the property before signing a contract!! I would not move here and I will NOT be staying here.”
